21 Prunes
14 tsp. Raisins
14 halves of apricots
7 halves of pears
7 halves of peaches
7 figs
Put in a large saucepan. Pour boiling water over fruit to cover entirely. Cover with loose lid. Leave to stand for four days at room temperature, adding water to keep fruit covered. Then store in lower part of refrigerator.
Each day, take 3 prunes, two tsp. Raisins, two halves apricots, one half pear, one half peach and one fig.
