1 Banana
1/3 teaspoon of tarter
The juice and piths of ½ a lemon
2 tablespoons of raspberries or strawberries or frozen mixed berries
2 tablespoons of Flax oil
1 teaspoon of blue/green algae
Pinch cayenne pepper
Pinch of rock salt (Himalayan salts)
1 cup of water
Mix in blender or smoothie maker.
Take for two week period
