Stimulate the body’s own healing power
6 large onions, 2 green peppers, 6 tomatoes, 1 bunch of celery, 1 large head of cabbage.
Season with salt, pepper, curry, (I use a little paprika), parsley. Or with bouillon(chicken stock) or hot sauce.
This requires a large pot. You may use half the ingredients and use a smaller pot.
Cut vegetables into medium sized pieces and cover with water. Boil fast for ten minutes. Bring to simmer and continue cooking until vegetables are tender. Put vegetables in a blender and puree them, and return them to the water.
This soup can be eaten any time you are hungry. Eat as much as you want, whenever you want.
Day One:
All fruits, except bananas. Eat only the soup and fruits.
For drinks, use water, unsweetened tea, unsweetened juices
Day Two:
Eat the soup.
All vegetables. Fresh and raw vegetables. Green leafy veggies are best.
At dinner time on this day, eat a big baked potatoe and butter.
Do not eat any fruits.
Day Three:
Eat the soup.
Eat all the fruit and vegetables you want.
Do not have a baked potatoe.
Day Four:
Eat the soup.
Eat up to 5 bananas, and as many glasses of low fat milk as you can
Day Five:
Eat the soup.
Beef and tomatoes. You may have 10 to 20 ounces of beef, and up to 6 fresh tomatoes.
Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water this day.
Day Six:
Eat the soup.
Beef and vegetables. Eat as much of both as you like.
Green leafy vegetables are best. No potatoes.
Day seven:
Eat the soup.
Fruit and vegetables, as much as you like. Brown rice, if you like.
If you have followed the diet correctly,
Then by the end of day seven you will have lost between 10 and 17 pounds.
Avoid Bread, Alcohol, fizzy drinks. Potatoes,(except as instructed on day two)
You may eat broiled or baked chicken instead of beef, if desired.
